PowerGYM YouTube Integration ("the service") is operated by POWER GYM. This policy explains what data the service accesses through Google APIs and how it is used.
With your permission (the youtube.force-ssl scope), the service
accesses, on the YouTube channel you connect:
The service does not access private videos, analytics, watch history, or any data beyond public comments on the connected channel.
Comments are delivered into the channel owner's Bitrix24 account so their team can read and reply to them. Replies written in Bitrix24 are posted back to YouTube as comment replies. Data is used solely to operate this comment-to-CRM routing and for no other purpose.
We store comment text, commenter public identifiers, and the routing state needed to avoid duplicates and deliver replies, in a private database controlled by the channel owner. We do not sell or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google account permissions, after which the service stops accessing the channel.
Stored comment data is retained only as long as the channel owner uses the service and can be deleted on request. To request deletion, contact us.
